Erik’s Ranch & Retreats provides many choices for those who make their home with us as part of our membership model. Residents will have their own private living space with a kitchen, comfortable-size bedroom with sitting area, den, bathroom, and ample closet space. Each individual’s daily schedule will be based upon a customized life plan developed with the individual and his or her family, and carried out under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Personal choices, learning opportunities and social development will be central to each plan.
Erik’s Ranch & Retreats’ support staff, including certified behavioral therapists and volunteers will work with each resident based on his or her needs throughout the day or week, gathering data to measure progress toward established goals. Data will be charted, graphed for trends and adjusted as necessary to ensure successful progress.
Residential Membership
Membership in Erik’s Ranch & Retreats offers affordable, supported living for young adults with autism. Residence at Erik’s Ranch & Retreats will allow these individuals to live, work, and enjoy leisure activities in a comfortable and safe environment under the care and guidance of well qualified therapists, job coaches, mentors and other staff.
Our lifetime residency program is open to young adults regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin. Entry age is 18-30. Application Process
Erik’s Ranch & Retreats accepts young adults with autism, age 18 to 30, who have successfully completed our application process. Reservations are currently being accepted for our Minnesota and Montana locations. We have membership availability for 35 residents in Minnesota and 48 residents in Montana.
Register now to ensure your space in this unique life/work model. To begin, complete the Application for Residency for preapproval. Once we receive your application, we will send you an invitation to our secure parent site. With your down payment, our medical advisory board will review your application and send follow-up requests for additional information and evaluation. All accepted applicants will be provided with a secure reservation.
Once we have reached full capacity, we will continue to accept applicants for future residency opportunities.
