The ranch in Montana's beautiful Paradise Valley near Bozeman and Yellowstone National Park will be home to 42 residents. The spectacular scenery - snow-capped mountains, meandering rivers and abundant wildlife that inhabit this region - is just one of the many treasures this destination location has to offer. Touted as one of the most extraordinary places to live in Montana, Paradise Valley is our home and we are thrilled.

Upon completion of the Ranch, each residence at Erik's Ranch will house eight individuals in private living spaces, along with a shared kitchen, lounge and laundry. Our accommodations will be beautifully and sensitively designed with our members in mind.
Each private-living space will have a kitchen, den and comfortable bedroom with a sitting area, bathroom and ample closet space. By bringing their own furniture, members can personalize their new home.
Our 230-acre property at Erik's Ranch will include a full-sized pool, riding stable, greenhouse, activity and fitness centers and miles and miles of trails. Outdoor recreation abounds on and around the ranch for those who enjoy contemporary, comfortable Western-style living.
