Residents with autism and their families will work with our staff to create a life plan tailored to their needs and desires. Regardless of his/her beginning skill level, a career path will be developed, with progress monitored and adjusted to insure meaningful lives full of possibility. As residents’ achieve certain milestones, they’ll experience personal growth and enjoyment, self-sufficiency and success.

At Erik’s Ranch & Retreats, residents will receive training and job placement in a field/area that corresponds with their skills and desires. Residents, visitors and guests with autism will benefit from the expertise of professionals trained in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), who will offer guidance as teachers, therapists and mentors. The proven ABA model, backed by 40 years of research and success, ensures our residents make continuous personal progress. The ultimate goal is fostering individual learning opportunities to build skills and continued independence, aligning residents with the things they love to do and helping them learn to the best of their ability.
